This course will help you better understand the budgeting timeline, budget stakeholders, and how to understand your organization’s needs and priorities. You will learn how to build out the departmental/ program budgets and how to best roll them up to the organization wide budget. We will discuss budget assumptions and the operational strategy behind budgeting.
